First Nations & Government
Fort William First Nations	Traditional territory falls around the site location. This group has been actively involved in project development.
Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources	The MNR Administers the waterpower site release program.
Ontario Ministry of Northern Development and Mines	MNDM administers mining and geological related services.
Ontario Environmental Assessment	This project is subject to the Ontario Environmental Assessment Act, Electricity Projects Regulation.
Ministry of the Environment	The MOE administers the Environmental Assessment Act.
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada	DFO is responsible for fishery habitat and fishery health.
